Girls face many obstacles that can keep them from thriving. With the right skills, however, they are empowered to contribute and help build stronger communities. To that end, I created QueenTea™, a mentoring program tailored to elementary and middle school girls. Afternoon Tea is the tool we use to create a stimulating learning environment. Through a series of tea parties, we create and foster an environment that is light-hearted, fun, promotes active participation, and develops relationships.  We emphasize vital life skills that will contribute to healthy, confident, and responsible character development. Many tea party themes are available to empower young girls in a space where they can feel safe and valued.
